Displays a history of clinic charge transactions that have
occurred, including product details.
Nucleus to OS Purchase
Compare the items assigned in Nucleus with what was
purchased and shipped by Oncology Supply.
Billing Form
Billing units dispensed per patient by J-Code.
Superbill
Displays billing units dispensed per patient.
Charges & Credits
Net sum of all transactions per patient with associated

This report meets Blue Cross Blue Shield
requirements to bill by NDC and Units of Measure with

Cost Analysis
Provides a total cost of Nucleus inventory restocks
and dispenses along with the average cost per
dispensing day.
Inventory Turnover Analysis
Average cost of a practice’s inventory, turnover
rate, and the cost of goods sold (dispensed) for
each month.
Unused Product
Displays products that have not been dispensed in the
last 60 days or longer. Shows total inactive days and
related cost.
Shrinkage Summary
Summary of actual inventory against projected
inventory to show inventory loss.
Just In Time Inventory
Schedule Order Refill
A summary of orders that have been scheduled
containing product information and an order amount that
is calculated from total amount scheduled.
Demand Order
Compares scheduled orders from participating EMRs
with quantity on hand to provide recommendations for
inventory to purchase. This report must be scheduled
and can provide information about inventory needs up to
14 days in the future.
Scheduled Order by Patients
A detailed report containing data on orders that have
been scheduled. This report has patient and product
information.
Scheduled Order by Summary
A summary of orders that have been scheduled
containing product information only.
